Please write a good support request, so we can solve the problem more quickly and efficiently!

Never send support requests to staff members directly

Always use our ticketing system pleiadi-help@ced.inaf.it and staff menbers will pick up there. Sending request here make sure that somebpdy will pick it up. Please note in the request that is about your assigned site (Catania,Bologna or Trieste).

Do not manhandle us as simple “Let me Google that for you” assistants

Other scientists may have had the very same problem and might have been successful in solving it. Please first try to search on Google!

Provide an accurate description of the issue.

Try to describe how and when the problem occurs, including the commands used and the errors messages
